Refund policy

With the exception of special orders or custom built items, goods purchased from us may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, providing they are unopened, unused and you have notified us in writing or by email of your intention to do so.

The cost of packing and returning any goods, other than those shipped by us in error or agreed by us as faulty, will be at the customer's expense.

Please use a suitable service when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

We must receive returned goods within 14 days of your receipt.

Sealed boxes and packages must be unopened, clear bags with header cards must be intact. Where this is not the case, the value of any refund will be reduced by 25%.

DCC Decoders returned under any Warranty claim must not have been altered in any way, they must retain their original Plug as supplied.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of the goods being received back by us.

These conditions do not affect your rights on the return of faulty goods.
