Shipping policy

General

Goods that are in stock will normally be despatched within 48 hours of payment being received.

Items on back order will be supplied as soon as they are available.

Any item on back order can be cancelled at any time, with the exception of special orders or custom built items.

Items shown as 'Pre-Order' are planned releases which are not yet available. Customers can avoid any future price rises by placing their order early.

Refunds for orders cancelled may be subject to a deduction equal to any Card processing fees incurred by us.

Any non-arrival of orders must be reported to us within 14 days of the order date to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

All postage is based on the weight of the item(s) and includes insurance.

Collection from the Shop is also available at the Checkout.

Overseas Customers

For all Customers outside of the UK, we are currently unable to deduct the UK VAT element of our goods and services.

All overseas Orders will carry a customs declaration stating the value of the goods excluding UK VAT.

Before your parcel is delivered, you may be contacted by the Postal Service/Courier to pay local VAT, Customs Fees, Import Duty and/or any Admin Fees.

Unfortunately, these potential extras are beyond the control of Model Market and we have no way of accurately calculating them. Please contact your local Customs Office for more information.

The shipping charges paid to Model Market do NOT include any Customs Fees, Import Duty or Admin Fees etc.

If a shipment is returned to us because payment of any additional fees was refused prior to delivery, we will refund the purchase price of goods only, excluding the shipping costs and minus any additional fees.

EU Orders

Beginning 1st July 2026, the EU has decided a flat customs duty of €3 will apply to orders under €150 entering the EU and this will be automatically added to the delivery cost at checkout.

Please note - For EU returns, this €3 duty is non-refundable.
